Why make evaluations of observations?

I just finished reading an article on 'active observations' - describing the events around you with greater depth. I realized that this is not the goal I have for this blog and it may be something that needs some clarification... It may be included in a piece of this blog, but it is not ultimately the goal.

The people that I usually get into conversations with, ones that delve further than the, 'how's life?' depth of most filler discussion, tend to describe me as an analytical individual. Let's be honest...if you've gotten into a conversation, most likely along the line there was a dispute over a minute detail that was argued over for much too long and the conflict was presumably generated by me. This desire for clarification and questioning stems from my analysis of the situation. Well, occasionally the analysis strays away from this unnecessary, indifferent inturruption into areas that have more weight to them. The purpose of Observational Evaluation will be to take those insights and expand them a bit.
